About The Role
Join Applied, a leading company in the autonomy space, as an Application Engineer (Technical Customer Lead). In this role, you will own the account strategy for major enterprise customers, manage executive and leadership relationships, and work closely with customers to understand their development needs. You will collaborate with our sales teams, explore new product development areas, and ensure customer needs are supported by the broader engineering team. - Own account strategy for major enterprise customers of Applied, managing executive and leadership relationships.
- Work closely with customers to understand their development needs and use cases for autonomy, proposing effective use of Applied’s products.
- Collaborate with sales teams to gather requirements through detailed technical discussions and workshops, exploring new product development areas.
- 3+ years experience working with external customers to integrate complex systems, troubleshoot issues, and/or drive problems to resolution
- Strong technical communication skills and focus on solving customer problems
- Baseline knowledge in working with software systems, Linux, and cloud
- Strong grounding in large scale software development
