Engineering Manager (Data Intelligence)

Join our team as an Engineering Manager in the Data Intelligence sector. You will lead a talented group of engineers focused on enhancing data quality, designing intelligent annotation pipelines, and mining valuable driving scenarios from extensive fleet data. Your role will involve driving the adoption of foundation models and cutting-edge AI techniques, managing a high-performing team, and collaborating with various teams to ensure high-quality data for our models.

• Lead a team of engineers focused on improving data quality, designing intelligent annotation pipelines, and mining high-value driving scenarios.
• Drive the adoption of foundation models and cutting-edge AI techniques to scale data capabilities, setting technical direction and team goals.
• Grow and manage a team of world-class engineers, prioritizing development across data quality systems, intelligent labeling workflows, and large-scale data mining infrastructure.
• Experience building data quality systems, labeling pipelines, or annotation platforms at scale
• Understanding of how foundation models can be applied to automate data workflows
• Solid track record of building and deploying products
• Passion for building and leading high-performing teams
• Familiarity with modern ML infrastructure and data-centric AI approaches
• 3+ years of engineering management experience
• Familiarity with 3D perception data (camera, lidar, radar)
• Experience with active learning, auto-labeling, or human-in-the-loop ML systems
• Background in autonomous driving or robotics perception
• Direct experience with foundation models, including LLMs and VLMs, for data automation tasks
