People Operations Generalist

You will lead the development and management of People data and reporting, optimize People systems and workflows, and ensure compliance with employment laws. Additionally, you will be the point of contact for employee inquiries related to rotations, benefits, leaves of absence, and time off. • Optimizing HR systems and implementing scalable processes to support strategic decision-making.
• Leading the development and management of People data and reporting to ensure accurate insights for decision-making.
• Owning and managing the rotation and mobility program, shaping strategy, policies, and process improvements.

• Experience with HRIS systems, people analytics tools, and large datasets
