Product Designer (HMI)

Join Applied Intuition as a Product Designer (HMI) and play a critical role in shaping the design direction of our new project focused on the future of vehicle technology. You will lead the end-to-end design lifecycle, collaborate closely with product managers and engineers, and directly interact with OEMs to identify target use-cases and consumer pain points. • Lead the end-to-end design lifecycle for Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI) for vehicles, from concept to production.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to create and validate design solutions for embedded software applications.
• Directly interact with OEMs to identify target use-cases and consumer pain points, ensuring the design meets user needs.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in fast-paced environment
• Strong visual and interaction design skills
• 6+ years of experience working on embedded devices and consumer facing products
• Portfolio of 3D work
• Experience in designing in-vehicle experiences
• Experience creating user research studies and strategy
