Senior Technical Recruiter

Join Applied Intuition as a Senior Technical Recruiter, where you will play a critical role in scaling the company's engineering teams. You will develop and execute recruiting strategies, partner with engineering leaders, leverage AI tools for workflow automation, and improve recruiting systems and processes. • Développer et exécuter des stratégies de recrutement pour identifier et embaucher des ingénieurs en logiciel et en apprentissage automatique.
• Collaborer avec les dirigeants techniques et les parties prenantes pour comprendre les besoins en matière d'embauche et la stratégie à long terme en matière de talents.
• Diriger des processus d'entretien structurés et de haute qualité qui évaluent l'excellence technique, la capacité à résoudre des problèmes et l'alignement avec les valeurs de l'entreprise.
• 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a strong track record hiring software engineers, ML engineers, or other highly specialized technical talent
• Strong business partnership skills and the ability to influence stakeholders using data and insights
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex searches in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• High ownership mindset with the ability to operate autonomously
• Experience recruiting for autonomy, robotics, defense, embedded systems, or Physical AI
• Familiarity with AI/ML talent markets and competitive dynamics for niche engineering profiles
• Experience hiring software engineers in a startup or hypergrowth environment
