Software Engineer (Systems Engineering AI Tooling)

Join our team as a Software Engineer specializing in Systems Engineering AI Tooling. In this role, you will design, develop, and productionize scalable internal tools and AI workflows that support system engineering and validation for autonomous vehicle programs. You will integrate data across various tools, build backend services and APIs, develop dashboards and KPIs, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams. • Design, develop, and productionize scalable internal tools and AI workflows that support system engineering and validation for autonomous vehicle programs.
• Integrate data across requirements management, modeling, and validation tools to provide end-to-end traceability from system requirements to test results.
• Build backend services and APIs to unify distributed engineering artifacts into a cohesive, reliable platform.
• Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with Java or C/C++
• 2+ years of professional experience in backend software development, internal tooling, or platform engineering
• Experience with data modeling, schema design, and integrating systems via APIs
• Experience designing and building REST or GraphQL APIs
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
• Strong systems thinking and the ability to work across complex, cross-functional technical domains
• Experience building scalable backend services and working with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with requirements management or system modeling tools
• Familiarity with configuration management or compliance-driven environments
• Experience in a startup or fast-paced engineering environment
• Experience building dashboards, metrics frameworks, or traceability platforms
• Exposure to safety-critical or regulated systems
