About The Role

Join Applied Intuition as a Technical Program Manager for Offroad projects. In this role, you will strategize and manage complex autonomous mining engineering projects, collaborate with engineers, and drive progress on mining autonomy deployments. You will also manage multiple customer engagements, define sprint goals, and identify AI-driven improvements to workflows.   • Strategize and manage complex autonomous mining engineering projects, identifying gaps and implementing best practices.
  • Collaborate with engineers and customer teams to implement solutions towards autonomy deployment goals, managing hardware and software stack deployment.
  • Own and manage multiple concurrent mining autonomy customer engagements, ensuring all workstreams are progressing toward contractual obligations.
  • Enough technical fluency to follow engineering discussions, parse software scoping tasks, and contribute meaningfully to sprint planning — coding experience is not required
  • A positive, adaptable attitude with the ability to context-switch quickly across customers and workstreams
  • 3–5 years of experience in technical program management, engineering, or a related field; candidates with a software engineering background transitioning into TPM are welcome
  • Experience with program management tools and methodologies (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Google Drive, sprint planning)
  • Strong organizational skills and a high bar for documentation hygiene across all customer deliverables
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex customer projects simultaneously without losing attention to detail
  • Familiarity with autonomous systems or robotics programs
  • Experience in mining, construction, or other heavy industry environments
  • Comfort using AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude) to automate or streamline workflows
