About The Role

Join Applied Intuition as a Technical Program Manager, where you will drive multi-disciplinary engineering projects from concept to execution. You will work cross-functionally with our Engineering, Design, Customer, and Product teams, ensuring successful completion of all milestones and deliverables. This role requires strong leadership, communication, planning, and engineering skills, as well as experience managing complex releases in a fast-paced software environment.   • Drive business-critical multi-disciplinary engineering projects from concept through execution, ensuring successful completion of all milestones and deliverables.
  • Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Customer & Product teams to track progress and adjust resource needs based on customer requirements.
  • Continuously engage customers to understand pain points and areas for more project engagements, providing regular updates on customer use cases.
  • Our ideal candidate has lots of experience shepherding complex releases in a fast paced and customer centric software house
  • Strong experience managing complex releases with multiple important stakeholders (internal/external)
  • Executed thoughtfully and efficiently, with a “no task is too big or too small” mindset to get the job done
  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
  • Worked with commercially available tools (JIRA, etc.)
  • 4+ years of experience in a TPM role at a fast-paced software company
