Independently manage a full-lifecycle recruiting desk for various engineering roles, utilizing AI and agentic coding tools to increase workflow automation.
Build targeted sourcing campaigns to attract general and specialized engineering talent, and learn to influence and partner with leadership leveraging recruiting data.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and help proliferate a compelling talent brand, while gaining industry and business acumen on the Physical AI and autonomous vehicle landscape.
2+ years of experience in technical recruiting
Evidence of a fast growth trajectory in previous roles, including agency, in-house, or VC
High aptitude for learning new tools and technical topics quickly
Experience sourcing using LinkedIn and through other creative sourcing channels
Early recruiting team experience or early startup experience (joined in first 5 years of founding)
Worked at a venture backed company
