Construire et gérer des pipelines de haute qualité pour des rôles techniques dans des domaines tels que l'autonomie, l'apprentissage automatique, l'intelligence artificielle, les systèmes embarqués et l'ingénierie logicielle.
Développer des stratégies de sourcing et de cartographie des talents créatives et axées sur la recherche pour trouver des talents passifs de premier plan.

Has previous agency experience in sales, recruiting, sourcing or other related fields
Experience in autonomous vehicles and enterprise software recruiting is a plus!
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
Is able to build rapport with candidates and employees
Has 2+ years in technical sourcing at a reputable software company
Bachelor's degree
Has strong organizational skills
