Accounting Manager

As an Accounting Manager, you will lead the fixed asset roadmap, drive cross-functional initiatives, and serve as the primary liaison for external auditors. You will foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning while optimizing processes and enhancing the ERP system.

• Own the fixed asset roadmap, driving cross-functional initiatives to elevate and modernize the full-cycle fixed asset management process.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify, design, and implement ERP system enhancements that improve transaction processing, strengthen internal controls, and enable scalable business operations.
• Serve as the primary liaison for external auditors, fielding fixed asset inquiries and documentation requests, while showcasing your expertise and building trusted relationships.
• Focused on continuous improvement and process enhancement
• Fast-growing start-ups and/or manufacturing industry experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Direct management experience with strong communication, financial data analysis skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Advanced Excel skills (V-Lookups, Pivot Tables, etc.)
• 5+ years of professional accounting experience
• Big 4/regional firm audit/assurance experience (strongly preferred)
• Technical understanding of fixed asset accounting under GAAP
• Certified Public Accounting (CPA), active or inactive
• Infor LN ERP specific experience
