As a Customer Program Manager, you will lead complex programs from kickoff to delivery, partnering with engineering, operations, supply chain, and customers. You will serve as the primary interface between technical teams, leadership, and customers, and own program execution and commercial success.   • Lead complex programs from kickoff through delivery, partnering with engineering, operations, supply chain, and customers to execute against cost, schedule, and technical objectives.
  • Translate customer requirements and program goals into actionable plans, driving alignment across cross-functional teams and maintaining visibility into progress, risks, and dependencies.
  • Own program execution by maintaining integrated schedules, preparing customer-facing status reports, coordinating and reviewing technical deliverables, and ensuring clear, accurate communication throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Exceptional technical writing and communication skills, with experience developing customer-facing reports, reviewing technical documentation, and translating complex engineering concepts into clear, actionable communication
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence technical and business stakeholders without direct authority
  • Proven ability to influence technical decisions and align diverse stakeholders around common objectives
  • Excellent commercial and financial awareness, with experience framing decisions in terms of cost, timing, risk and performance
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Program Management, or a related technical field
  • 3+ years of experience managing multiple technical programs in aerospace, defense, advanced manufacturing, or another highly regulated engineering environment
  • Experience with additive manufacturing, advanced manufacturing, or new product development
  • Working knowledge of quality and regulatory standards such as AS9100, ISO 9001, ITAR/EAR, DFARS, or NIST 800-171
  • Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
  • Knowledge of materials, manufacturing, operations and additive manufacturing standards
