Senior Corporate Paralegal

Join Relativity's Legal team as a Senior Corporate Paralegal. In this key role, you will support the corporate legal function and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Your responsibilities will include maintaining corporate records, supporting equity and debt financing transactions, assisting with the administration of the equity incentive plan, managing NDAs, and providing administrative support to the Legal department. • Experience supporting startups or high-growth companies
• Hands-on knowledge of technology systems that support legal functions, such as contract management systems, Microsoft Office tools, Atlassian tools, and equity management tools
• 7+ years as a paralegal
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in-house or at a law firm working as a corporate paralegal
• Excellent organizational skills and comfort managing multiple workstreams with competing deadlines in a lean legal team
• Litigation experience, particularly managing discovery, document productions, and litigation holds
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interfacing with executives, engineers, and outside counsel
• High discretion with confidential and sensitive information
• Notary license
