Senior Systems Engineer

• Lead the creation, development, streamlining, and elimination of Systems Engineering processes across the company to support an efficient, product-focused culture.
• Identify pain points with existing processes and propose solutions, working proactively with the Software & IT department to brainstorm solutions and set priorities.
• Prototype, implement, and rollout processes, tools, and automation that enable better design and test collaboration across the company.
• BS in Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of systems engineering experience
• Successful development and roll-out of department or company-wide processes
• At least 1 full life cycle experience, from concept to completion, for either process development or tool development
• Proven ability to work with intern IT and Dev Ops teams to create tools
• Graduate degree (MS) in engineering or related field
• Hands-on experience in the design, integration, test, and operation of complex systems
• Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
• Scripting experience
