Technical Recruiter (Contract)

Join Relativity, a fast-growing company in the tech industry. As a Technical Recruiter, you will partner closely with hiring managers, understand their hiring goals, and develop effective recruiting strategies. You will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, managing, and closing high-performing candidates throughout the full recruiting lifecycle. This is a fully onsite role based at our Long Beach headquarters.

• 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience within fast-scaling, high-growth organizations
• Demonstrated experience partnering with hiring managers to develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies
• Experience improving recruiting processes to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness
• Experience recruiting for rapidly scaling hardware and manufacturing organizations
• Experience managing both high-volume, non-exempt hiring and specialized exempt searches simultaneously
• Ability to quickly pivot between departments, priorities, and hiring needs
