Compliance Associate

Join Lendable, a fast-growing fintech company on a mission to revolutionize credit and savings. As a Compliance Associate, you'll support cross-functional projects and partner with the Compliance Management System team. You'll be responsible for project management, maintaining compliance programs, and supporting audits and exams. This role requires experience in compliance, risk, or regulatory project management, familiarity with bank partnership management, and a strong understanding of US financial services regulations.

• Deliver a well-organized, well-documented portfolio of Legal & Compliance projects that move at the pace the business needs.
• Help maintain a Compliance Management System (CMS) that meets regulatory expectations and stands up to bank partner and examiner scrutiny.
• Support audits and exams with organized, audit-ready evidence and responsive project management.
