As a Compliance Monitoring Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company meets its regulatory obligations and delivers positive outcomes for customers. You will design and deliver compliance monitoring reviews, identify risks and gaps, and work with stakeholders to track remediation. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role for someone with a strong understanding of consumer credit regulation.

• Design and deliver structured compliance monitoring reviews across the business, identifying risks and gaps.
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready records across all stages of monitoring activity and present findings to senior management.
• Support regulatory reporting, horizon scanning, and ad hoc compliance advice requests, and investigate potential breaches.
