Direct Marketing Growth Manager

As the Direct Marketing Growth Manager, you will lead the direct mail channel strategy, build response models, and oversee creative execution. You will have the autonomy to build a channel from the ground up and make a significant impact on the company's growth.

• Own the direct mail strategy end-to-end and set ambitious, LTV-anchored targets for volume, response and payback.
• Build the response/propensity model that decides who we mail, with what offer, and when, and source and stand up the data pipeline.
• Brief and iterate on creative, copy and offer design to lift response and conversion, and run sends, print production and logistics end-to-end.
