Security GRC Analyst

As a Security GRC Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our security posture in a cloud-native environment. Your responsibilities will include maintaining compliance programs, identifying security risks, automating compliance processes, and promoting a strong security culture. You should have at least 5 years of experience in a related role, a strong understanding of security risk management principles, and excellent communication skills.

• Maintaining, improving, and scaling security compliance programs, ensuring alignment with standards such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and PCI-DSS.
• Collaborating on identifying security risks across the business and supporting the team in driving practical, risk-first mitigation strategies.
• Utilizing security compliance platforms to orchestrate automated evidence collection, reducing manual overhead and moving the company toward continuous audit readiness.
