Applied AI Scientist

Join our fast-moving, AI-first company as an Applied AI Scientist. In this role, you will work at the intersection of AI, product, and engineering, bringing cutting-edge models into production to power meaningful experiences for small business teams. You will drive advancements in LLMs and applied AI systems, leverage and deploy models, build AI-powered features, and develop metrics to measure customer impact. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Data teams, communicate insights to stakeholders, and continuously improve workflows using AI tools and automation.

• Conduire des avancées dans les modèles de langage de grande taille (LLMs) et les systèmes d'IA appliquée, en expérimentant et en itérant rapidement dans un paysage en évolution rapide.

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions
• Experience improving workflows using AI tools and measuring impact (AI fluency expectation)
• Experience evaluating models using both technical metrics and business impact
• Adaptability and curiosity to evolve alongside rapidly changing AI capabilities
• Strong foundation in machine learning principles and applied modeling
• Ability to break down complex problems into structured, solvable components
• Deep experience working with LLMs or frontier AI models (industry or academia)
• Demonstrated ability to productionize ML systems (real-time, batch, or streaming)
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and model development
