Founding Lead (Wearables & Biomarker Programs)

Join Fabulous, a leading health and wellness app, as the Founding Lead for our Wearables and Biomarker Programs. You will be responsible for the end-to-end launch of a Fabulous-branded wearable and the establishment of a biomarker testing service integrated with Fabulous. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for both programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and lead regulatory and compliance paths. This is a fully remote position with a flexible working environment and various team-building activities.

• Lead the end-to-end launch of a Fabulous-branded wearable, proving product-market fit, and architecting the path to bespoke design and manufacturing.
• Stand up a biomarker testing service integrated with Fabulous, including panel design, lab partnerships, logistics, reporting, and longitudinal coaching.
• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for both the wearables and blood markers programs, including building the business case and presenting make/buy transitions.
• Experience with EU + US markets; French and English proficiency
• Communicate crisply with execs, vendors, and engineers—and you sweat the details
• Are a decisive operator who loves prototype → test → learn → scale
• Have taken a device from white‑label/ODM to mass production, or led first‑of‑kind health hardware programs
• Network in Shenzhen/Guangdong ODMs and EU lab ecosystems (e.g., Cerba, Synlab, Unilabs)
• Prior startup founding/operator experience; ability to build a small A‑team
