About The Role

Join The Fabulous, a company dedicated to helping people master behavior change and build healthy habits. As a Growth Engineer, you will support the entire experimentation process of the Growth team, collaborate with the Product Development and Data Science teams, and assist in launching experiments and debugging code. You will also own the translations of winning experiments into other languages and across platforms. This is a fully remote position with various benefits, including monthly workshops, a book club, team challenges, and team-building activities.

Support the entire experimentation processes of the Growth team, including coding, analyzing, and collaborating with other teams.
Peer-review Growth code, assist in code review for Growth experiments, and assist with experiment launches on Google Firebase.
Own the translations of winning experiments into other languages/across platforms, and manage the experimentation process from start to finish.
Computer Science Background
We’re looking for someone who is highly analytical and creative to join our team
Is data-driven and analytical. Our team strives to find user patterns and leverage them to optimize key metrics and user experience
Passion for learning and an interest in behavioral science is a bonus
Is comfortable with statistical significance and common types of statistical bias
Is passionate about growth, metrics, and providing an outstanding user experience
Has a background in software engineering
Understands the basics of good experimental design
Is very confident in JSON & JAVA or Javascript (SQL is bonus)
Ideally, has a bachelor’s degree in statistics, computer science, engineering, any technical major, or related work experience
Has designed and run AB/ RCT trials before. Understand the nuances of good experimental design
Background in data science is a bonus
Background/interest in ML
