Senior Product Manager (Risk Platform)

Join OKX, a leading cryptocurrency exchange, as a Senior Product Manager for our Risk Platform. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing our fraud risk systems, designing risk models and products, and integrating with fraud and risk vendors. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including risk strategy, risk analytics, operations, engineering, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of product management experience in platform products, preferably in the risk management domain, and a strong technical background.

• Ownership and development of OKX fraud risk systems, managing the roadmap to enhance customer access to crypto assets.
• Designing and developing risk models, risk products, and risk platforms, integrating with fraud & risk vendors.
• Leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects, translating product strategy into detailed requirements.
• High proficiency delving into the technical product, system and implementation details. Able to engage with engineering beyond just product and user experience needs; willing to roll up sleeves and design scalable and extensible solutions
• Ability to translate product strategy into detailed requirements, and communicate the requirements clearly to cross-functional teams, including but not limited to engineering, business, partnership, operation, merchant tech etc; solid technical background with understanding and hands-on experience in software development
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle, including product research, design, delivery and launch
• Experience leading cross functional teams to deliver complex projects with multiple dependencies and constraints in a highly dynamic environment
• Data oriented - identifying, defining, tracking and acting upon impact metrics. Experience identifying KPIs and working with engineering and analytics on instrumentation and monitoring
• 7+ years of product management experience in platform products, preferably risk management platform domain with experience in decision engines, modeling services, risk analytics tooling, case management, etc
• 5+ years of product management experience in the risk management area, familiar with risk decision engines, modeling services, risk analytics tooling etc
• Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering or other quantitative discipline. Bachelor’s degree with significant relevant experience will be considered
