Principal/Senior Product Manager (Payment)

Join OKX, a leading cryptocurrency exchange, as a Principal/Senior Product Manager in the Payments division. In this role, you will be responsible for discovering new markets and revenue opportunities, innovating new products, and driving the growth of payment systems that power global money movement. You will collaborate with multiple key stakeholders and have a significant impact on the future of the company and its products.

• Identifying and pursuing new markets and revenue opportunities, and innovating new products to meet market needs.
• Defining, building, and scaling OKX's payment systems, including managing product roadmaps, features, and integration with payment providers.
• Collaborating with multiple stakeholders across the organization to align on product roadmap and deliverables, and driving adoption and usage of products.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency exchanges and passion for crypto and blockchain innovations
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Metrics driven with proficiency in identifying, defining, tracking and acting upon metrics Experience identifying KPIs and working with engineering and analytics on instrumentation and monitoring
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills; ability to translate strategy into clear and actionable plans for product development, engineering, design and marketing
• Visionary for trending and future crypto market needs and payments industry changes
• Product management experience in the payments space with past experience in payments clearing, settlement and fiat custody
• Previous experience designing and building payments systems and understanding of risk management associated with these payment options
• Product innovator that can achieve business goals with unique product offering and business models
• Technical, comfortable with delving into the product, the platform and the implementation details. Able to engage with engineering beyond just product and user experience needs; willing to roll up sleeves and design scalable and extensible solutions
• Entrepreneurial mindset: Experience working in a fast-paced environment with competing resources and priorities. Opinionated and willing to make calls with limited information. Ability to navigate through ambiguity to advocate for resources
• Past experience working with payments systems or crypto platforms is strongly preferred
