About The Role

Join our Global Commercial Center as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner. In this strategic role, you will translate business objectives into impactful people strategies, enhance organizational effectiveness, and develop the next generation of leaders. You will serve as a strategic advisor to functional senior leaders, partner on talent management, leverage people data and analytics, and drive cross-functional initiatives. This position offers a central role in shaping the future of our people and organization, direct access to senior leaders, a global scope, and a growth trajectory.

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to functional senior leaders, developing and implementing people plans that directly enable business goals and drive organizational health.
  • Partner with senior leaders on the full spectrum of talent management: from performance enablement and succession planning to organizational design and team effectiveness.
  • Leverage people data and analytics to identify trends, diagnose root causes, and prescribe strategies that elevate team performance, engagement, and productivity.
  • Proven experience as a strategic HR leader for global, cross-cultural teams, with comfort navigating time zones, cultural nuances, and occasional international travel
  • A demonstrated track record of partnering with senior leaders on complex issues including performance management, talent strategy, and organizational change
  • Strong data analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience using data to tell a story and drive decision-making
  • Exceptional communication, influence, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and align stakeholders at all levels
  • A forward-thinking adopter of AI tools, with a demonstrated ability to apply them to elevate HR workflows, sharpen people analytics, and help leaders prepare their teams for an AI-enabled future
  • Experience supporting crypto, fintech, or financial-institution businesses, with familiarity with the talent, regulatory, and cultural dynamics of a highly regulated, fast-evolving industry
  • A powerful blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution - you can design the strategy and also roll up your sleeves to implement it
  • A minimum of 10 years of HR experience, including Business Partnering and experience working with C-suite leaders
