- Hands-on experience with generative AI technologies, including prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), fine-tuning, and evaluation of large language model applications
- Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- At least 1+ year working with generative AI models
- Proficiency in Python programming and version control
- Strong understanding of the latest AI trends and practices to maintain state-of-the-art solutions
- Experience in the EdTech industry or a strong interest in K-12 education
- Knowledge of educational pedagogy or curriculum development
- Hands-on experience with multi-modal models
- Familiarity with software engineering practices such as Test-Driven Development (TDD) and CI/CD pipelines
- Interest or experience in authoring research papers or white papers
