Senior Recruiter

Join Kiddom, a fast-growing edtech company, as a Senior Recruiter. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for engaging and hiring top talent across various teams. You will work closely with the VP of Talent and collaborate with all business stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include managing multiple searches, developing innovative sourcing strategies, and contributing to the overall recruiting process. • Ability to generate a high volume / high quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines
• Willing to handle coordination tasks like scheduling and travel coordination
• Proven progressive work experience as a Business or Technical Recruiter role (5+ yrs)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to take initiative (driver mindset) and build strong productive relationships (partnership skills)
• Flexibility and willingness to support multiple functions / business units
• Independent and self-motivated, able to perform consistent work without constant supervision
• Quick learner and ability to think fast, capable of understanding many different topics quickly
• Tech savvy, with a good understanding of technical terminology and deep knowledge about saas technology industry in general, more specifically, the ability to quickly study and retain relevant information on the edtech industry, competitors, current events, etc
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
• Strong experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
