About The Role

Join our team as a Product Designer for the Ordering team, where you'll own the end-to-end experience for a web application used by corporate users in the grocery replenishment function. You'll work closely with product management, machine learning engineers, and mobile and full-stack engineers to create a holistic experience that reduces food waste and delivers real business value. Your responsibilities will include designing reporting and performance dashboards, exception-based workflows, and shared portal services UX. You'll also build reusable components and ensure UX consistency across portal surfaces.

  • Deep enterprise SaaS experience, navigating complex systems and multiple tiers of users
  • Product-minded with engineering overlap, comfortable building directly in code rather than handing off static mockups. We think of this as a "design-focused PM or product-focused designer with engineering depth."
  • Comfort with modern, AI-assisted tooling for exploration, prototyping, and synthesis. Experience with rapidly creating prototypes using generative coding tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration across product, engineering, and design
  • The following represent the skills and experience our ideal candidate possesses. We encourage all highly-qualified candidates to apply, even if they do not fulfill all the listed criteria
  • Strong systems thinking: reusable patterns and coherent navigation across products and surfaces
  • Senior-level product design experience shipping customer-facing software with measurable outcomes
  • Experience designing for AI-powered products: conversational interfaces, anomaly detection, and agentic workflows
  • Experience designing multi-role, permissions-based, or hierarchical enterprise experiences
