Southern Europe & France SRM and Business Planning Finance Manager H/F

Join our team as the Southern Europe & France SRM and Business Planning Finance Manager. In this role, you will support both the Southern Europe cluster and the France market from a financial perspective. You will collaborate with Trade Marketing teams, coordinate the country P&L, act as a finance business partner to the Education team, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Commercial Finance or FP&A, strong knowledge of A&CP and SG&A cost structures, and proficiency in SAP and Power BI.

• Contribuer à l'optimisation du Gross-to-Net et à l'amélioration de la marge brute en collaboration avec les équipes de Trade Marketing et de Sales Finance.
• Agir en tant que partenaire financier de confiance pour l'équipe Éducation en France, en gérant les composants du P&L liés aux activités éducatives.
• Coordonner la consolidation du P&L de la France, y compris les cycles budgétaires et de prévision, et fournir une analyse claire et structurée de la performance mensuelle.

**QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS**

• 5+ years of Commercial Finance or FP&A experience, preferably in FMCG or multinational companies.
• Strong knowledge of A&CP and SG&A cost structures.
• Proficient in **SAP** and **Power BI**.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to challenge and influence stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; other Southern Europe languages (Italian, French, Spanish) are a plus.
