Deputy Manager - Sales HR

The incumbent shall work and partner with the corporate HR and sales team to develop, implement and drive strategies to increase organizational effectiveness and efficiency of the sales workforce. This role includes, not limited to, increasing workforce capability, improving organizational design and structure, providing change leadership, strategic staffing, talent management /succession planning and supporting day-to- day operations as well as on-going process improvements.
