• Collaborate with engineering and product leads to identify high-impact opportunities in the retail grocery domain and plan, scope, and prototype solutions.
• Make technical decisions and recommendations that will lay the foundation for the future of the retail platform, ensuring alignment with customer needs and industry trends.
• Engage directly with customers, visiting stores and talking with grocers to deeply understand their workflows and gather feedback for product improvement.
