Senior Software Engineer (Support AI)

Join the Support AI team as a Senior Software Engineer, where you'll build and evolve voice and chat systems that handle customer support at scale. • Conduire le développement de bout en bout des systèmes d'IA vocale et de chat, en possédant l'ensemble du cycle de vie et en itérant en fonction des résultats réels des clients.
• Construire et faire évoluer les intégrations avec des plateformes d'IA tierces et des systèmes internes, en prenant des décisions pragmatiques qui équilibrent rapidité, fiabilité et évolutivité à long terme.
• Contribuer aux discussions sur la conception technique et l'architecture, en aidant à façonner la conception du système, les compromis et les normes d'ingénierie.

• Experience building integrations with third-party APIs or platforms, especially in domains where reliability, latency, and vendor constraints matter
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and making pragmatic tradeoffs between shipping quickly and building for scale
• Strong collaborator who can work effectively across product, operations, and technical teams to deliver customer and business outcomes
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong background building and maintaining production systems using Java, Kotlin, or other object-oriented languages
• Proven ability to own complex features or projects end-to-end, from design through production and iteration
• Proficient with AI tooling such as Cursor, Claude, and MCP servers
