Staff Software Engineer (AI Agent)

• Participer à la conception, au développement et à la livraison d'agents autonomes qui transforment la gestion de la main-d'œuvre des restaurateurs.
• Développer et expédier des produits Team Agent qui tirent parti des LLM et des frameworks agentiques.
• Mentorer les développeurs par le biais de l'appariement de code et de revues détaillées de code, d'architecture et de projet.
• Experience or strong interest in using coding agents and adopting agentic development practices
• Strong foundation in Java, Kotlin or other object oriented language(s)
• Experience maintaining a high bar for quality, and guiding teams to hold a high bar for the technical quality of their deliverables
• Strong customer empathy and a drive to make their lives better through a thoughtful user experience, robust technical solutions, and continuous product improvement
• Experience with modern web standards and technologies (e.g. React, TypeScript, REST, GraphQL)
• Passion for building autonomous agents and working with LLMs
• Experience and interest in mentoring peers
• A proven track record of building partnerships across engineering, product, customer success, and other stakeholders
• Experience designing agentic products
• Experience building systems that leverage LLMs and other ML models
• Solid understanding of workforce management
• Experience with event-driven distributed systems
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations
