Finance Associate

Join Vero Holdings, Inc., a rapidly growing company in the telecom industry, as a Finance Associate. In this fully remote position, you will work closely with the EVP of Finance and contribute to various aspects of the finance function, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, financial modeling, and support for treasury, capital markets, and M&A activity. This is a high-visibility opportunity with a clear path for promotion as you demonstrate ownership and impact.

• Contribuer à la planification, à la prévision, à la préparation des rapports et à l'exécution des transactions financières.
• Participer activement à l'élaboration et à l'amélioration du modèle opérationnel consolidé, y compris les prévisions de revenus, les dépenses d'exploitation, les investissements en capital et la planification des effectifs.
• Construire et maintenir des modèles soutenant l'évaluation des fusions et acquisitions et la planification du capital.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Self-starter who thrives with ownership and ambiguity in a mid-sized, fast-growing company where collaboration and adaptability are key
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills, with sharp attention to detail; experience with AI tools is a plus
• Strong financial modeling skills, including three-statement modeling and driver-based forecasting; exposure to telecom, fiber, or other capital-intensive infrastructure businesses is a strong plus (and something you’ll deepen quickly in this role)
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to present analysis to senior leadership, lenders, and auditors
• 2–5 years of progressive corporate finance, FP&A, investment banking, or transaction advisory experience — we are prioritizing talent, drive, and trajectory over years on the resume
