You'll own the end-to-end campaign development process, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and monitor key metrics to ensure campaign success. - Owning the end-to-end campaign development process, including list/segment creation, test setup, email development, QA, deployment, and analysis.
- Developing, planning, executing, and optimizing CRM campaigns through rigorous, hypothesis-driven A/B or multivariate testing.
- Monitoring deliverability and maintaining email health metrics to determine optimal frequency and form of communications.

- Love ideating, executing, and testing new ideas
- Work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are able to manage competing priorities
- Deep Braze knowledge - you are a Braze power user and adept at HTML
- Incredible attention to detail especially when it comes to campaign QA
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of ideating and executing highly impactful CRM marketing campaigns to drive business objectives
- 7+ years of work experience in a highly analytical CRM role
- Ability to push through barriers to get things done with a sense of urgency
- SQL and Looker experience (preferred)
- Strong analytical skills (particularly within Excel and Looker) and the ability to leverage data for insights and action
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once in an ever-changing environment
- Ability to quickly build relationships and influence behavior with other teams across the company
