- Lead the design and implementation of complex data transformations and production-grade data models, establishing standardized datasets that drive critical decision-making across the organization.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Product Engineering, Data Engineering, and Analytics teams to ensure data solutions are strategically aligned, efficient, and consistently reliable.
- Drive the establishment and continuous improvement of standards around data governance, security, privacy, quality, and retention, influencing best practices across the organization.

- Experience with data governance principles, KPI management, and supporting data operations for business intelligence
- Experience with Dagster or other orchestration tools
- Experience utilizing AI Codegen to improve the efficiency of your workflow
- Expertise in writing performant SQL, especially within cloud-based data warehouses like Snowflake, and have strong Looker developer skills, with an emphasis on LookML modeling and overall project design
- 6+ years of experience as an analytics engineer, data engineer, or similar role
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and work with urgency in a fast-moving environment with multiple stakeholders
- Experience managing the administration and/or adoption of data visualization tools (e.g. Looker) and event-based analytics/user journey tools (e.g. Amplitude)
- Proficiency with Python
- 3+ years of experience using DBT & DBT Core, with a strong understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts
