About The Role
Join Amplitude, a leading product analytics platform, as an Executive Assistant. In this highly visible role, you will support the Chief Human Resources Officer and the Head of Marketing, managing complex calendars, communications, travel, and day-to-day operations. You will drive execution of key business rhythms, build strong relationships across the executive team, and handle highly confidential information with exceptional judgment. - Coordination of complex initiatives and management of priorities for the Chief Human Resources Officer and Head of Marketing.
- Driving execution of key business rhythms, including staff meetings, leadership reviews, team offsites, and cross-functional planning.
- Building strong relationships across the executive team and partnering with cross-functional teams to keep priorities moving efficiently.

- 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives, with experience supporting VP or C-level leaders preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage highly confidential information with professionalism, integrity, and discretion
- Experience managing complex domestic and international travel, executive calendars, meeting logistics, expense reporting, and executive communications
- The ability to work from our San Francisco office as part of our hybrid work model
- Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Slides, Sheets) and experience creating executive-ready presentations and documents
