Senior AI Engineer

• Deep familiarity with the modern AI ecosystem: model APIs, agent frameworks, evals, retrieval, prompting, tool use, and the tradeoffs between them
• Excellent communicator and collaborator, able to drive alignment across engineering, design, product, and go-to-market
• 3+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years building production LLM or applied AI systems
• Experience designing and scaling AI products, platforms, or developer tools with real users and real reliability constraints
• Strong product sense and systems thinking; you know when to prototype, when to harden, and when to invest in durable infrastructure
• You're a highly capable engineer with a strong track record of shipping AI-powered systems that people actually use. You bring deep technical instincts, strong product sense, and a forward-thinking view of where AI is heading
