Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A)

Join our Financial Planning & Analysis team as a Senior Financial Analyst. In this highly visible role, you will support financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making across Sales, GTM, and corporate functions. You will partner closely with business leaders, drive headcount planning, operating expense management, financial analysis, and reporting. Additionally, you will help identify opportunities to leverage new technologies, automate processes, and improve how Finance delivers insights and operates at scale.

• Partner with Sales, GTM, and Corporate Function leaders to provide financial insights, analysis, and recommendations that support strategic decision-making and business performance.
• Develop and maintain financial models and analytics that provide visibility into key business drivers, trends, and opportunities across Sales, GTM, and G&A functions.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and analysis by leveraging automation, AI tools, and new technologies.
• Experience using AI tools to automate processes, reporting, or analysis
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with a high degree of rigor and attention to detail
• Experience in Enterprise SaaS is preferred
• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• 4+ years of finance or related experience, 2+ years in corporate FP&A preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and partner effectively across all levels of the organization
