Senior Platform DevOps Engineer

Join our team as a Senior Platform DevOps Engineer, where you will play a key role in architecting, automating, deploying, and maintaining cloud and hybrid infrastructure. You will work closely with software, infrastructure, and security teams to enhance our platform capabilities across cloud and on-prem environments. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing infrastructure, managing deployment automation, maintaining infrastructure-as-code repositories, and implementing monitoring and alerting systems. You will also partner with infrastructure engineers, work with security teams, and support various deployment requirements.

• Architecting, automating, deploying, and maintaining cloud and hybrid infrastructure that supports both internal engineering and external customer deployments.
• Building and managing deployment automation across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments, and maintaining infrastructure-as-code repositories.
• Implementing monitoring, alerting, rollback, and recovery systems to improve platform reliability, and partnering with infrastructure engineers to support hybrid connectivity.
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or cloud infrastructure roles
• Experience automating infrastructure using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Helm, or similar technologies
• Strong understanding of networking, secrets management, environment design, and operational reliability
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Preferred Requirements
• Proficiency with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
• Experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience building and maintaining deployment workflows across cloud and on-prem environments
• Strong scripting and automation skills using Bash, Python, or similar languages
• Experience supporting customer-hosted, regulated, or government deployment environments
• Experience with observability tooling, incident response practices, and platform SRE concepts
• Familiarity with GitOps and deployment tools such as ArgoCD or similar platforms
• Knowledge of compliance-oriented automation and auditability requirements
• Experience working in hybrid environments that span SaaS and on-prem delivery models
• Experience operating in multi-cloud environments, for example Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Active U.S. security clearance (Secret or Top-Secret)
