Senior Recruiter

You will build strong partnerships with hiring managers, develop proactive sourcing strategies, manage the candidate pipeline, drive offer negotiations, track and report on recruiting metrics, and contribute to employer branding and process improvements. • Gérer l'ensemble du processus de recrutement, de la recherche de candidats à la conclusion de l'offre, pour plusieurs fonctions et niveaux.
• Établir des partenariats solides avec les responsables du recrutement pour comprendre en profondeur les exigences du poste, la dynamique de l'équipe et les priorités commerciales.
• Développer des stratégies de sourcing proactives pour engager des talents passifs par le biais de LinkedIn, de la recherche booléenne, d'événements et de recommandations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with DoD, IC, or civilian agency hiring requirements and compliance standards
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
• Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting tools (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
• Strong sourcing skills and comfort engaging passive and cleared candidates
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
• 6+ years of experience and proven experience recruiting for cleared roles (Secret, TS, TS/SCI) and an understanding of the federal hiring landscape
• Active U.S. security clearance (Secret or Top-Secret)
