Product Manager (CyberSecurity)

Join HarfangLab, a leading European cybersecurity company, as a Product Manager. In this role, you will own key areas of our product portfolio, collaborate with various teams, and contribute to the definition and execution of the product vision and roadmap. You will manage the product lifecycle, conduct customer and market research, and ensure alignment between teams. Additionally, you will define and monitor product KPIs and success metrics, analyze product performance, and drive initiatives to maximize product value.

• Gérer le cycle de vie du produit, de la découverte au lancement et à l'amélioration continue, en traduisant les besoins des clients en exigences claires.
• Coordonner les activités entre les équipes Produit, Ingénierie, Ventes, Marketing, Service Client et les parties prenantes externes.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Master's degree from a top Engineering School, Computer Science program, or an equivalent technical academic background
• Fluent French and English (written and spoken)
• Ability to understand complex technical topics and translate them into clear product requirements and business value
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a similar product role within a B2B software environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Proven experience working on highly technical products and collaborating closely with Software Engineering teams
• Experience in cybersecurity, endpoint security, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, observability, or enterprise software
• Understanding of EDR, EPP, SIEM, SOC, threat detection, incident response, or security operations
• Previous experience working in a SaaS, cybersecurity, or deep-tech company
• Technical background in software engineering, cybersecurity, computer science, data engineering, or infrastructure
• Experience managing cross-functional projects involving Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership
