Client Experience Specialist

Join our team as a Client Experience Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our clinical testing operations and ensuring a seamless experience for patients and oncology offices. You will manage communication with patients, physician's offices, and pathology labs, coordinate the procurement of tissue samples, and provide support to patients regarding clinical testing. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. • Assurer une expérience client fluide en gérant l'admission, la coordination et le suivi des commandes de tests.

• The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills, as well as a commitment to delivering high quality service in a fast paced, patient centered environment

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with clinical workflows, diagnostic testing or laboratory operations is a plus
• Prior experience with Salesforce/Service Cloud, LIMS and G Suite preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a results driven setting
• Bachelor of Science or related degree is preferred. A minimum of 0-3 years of experience in a physician/patient facing role is required
