Head of Operations

Join Hyperbolic as the Head of Operations, a senior leadership role responsible for scaling the operational backbone of the company during a period of rapid growth. You will oversee end-to-end operations across revenue, customers, and infrastructure, manage billing and invoicing systems, align GPU supply with customer demand, and build the operational rigor required to support a global compute marketplace. This is a highly hands-on role ideal for an experienced operator who thrives in ambiguity and has successfully scaled early-stage companies through rapid growth.

• Oversight and management of end-to-end operations across revenue, customers, and infrastructure, ensuring smooth scaling as the company grows.
• Implementation of scalable processes that improve visibility, consistency, and execution, transforming manual workflows into operational systems.
• Collaboration with the CEO and leadership team to execute company priorities, improve cross-functional alignment, and establish the operational infrastructure necessary for scaling.
• Experience managing and mentoring high-performing operations teams
• 10–15 years of experience in operations, business operations, or general management within high-growth technology companies
• Proven experience scaling early-stage companies through rapid growth phases
• Experience building scalable systems and processes that replace manual workflows
• Experience working in cloud infrastructure, marketplace, software, or infrastructure-heavy businesses
• Strong track record owning cross-functional operations across revenue, customers, and internal execution
• Excellent cross-functional communication, organizational alignment, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in AI infrastructure, GPUs, or cloud compute environments is strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and revenue tracking
• Hands-on operator who can execute tactically while driving strategic operational improvements
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-changing startup environments
• Background in cloud infrastructure, GPU compute, AI infrastructure, or marketplace businesses
• Experience building operational systems that support distributed or international scaling
• Experience contributing to revenue operations, pricing strategy, or infrastructure cost management
• Familiarity with early-stage startup environments where ownership is broad and roles evolve quickly
• Track record of improving operational efficiency, margins, or customer experience in high-growth environments
• Experience working closely with founders or executive teams in high-urgency settings
