Senior Product Manager (Platform)

Join Payabli, a next-generation payments infrastructure and monetization platform designed for vertical software companies. As a Senior Product Manager, you will own and evolve the foundational services that every product at Payabli depends on, including identity and authentication, embedded components, tokenization, and communication systems. You will work closely with engineering and other teams to ensure our platform is secure, scalable, and built to last. • Lead the strategy and execution of the identity platform, spanning both authentication and authorization, including SSO management and multi-tenant permissions models.
• Own the foundational suite of embeddable components that our platform partners use to build financial experiences, driving the strategy for our component library.
• Own the cross-cutting tokenization layer that serves multiple product lines, ensuring a unified approach to sensitive data handling that scales with our growth.
• This isn't a role for someone who wants to manage from the sidelines. You'll run to the fire, own the outcomes, and build the infrastructure that makes everything else at Payabli possible
• Familiarity with embeddable/white-label component systems and developer experience optimization
• Experience with authentication and authorization systems (OAuth, SSO, RBAC/ABAC, API key management)
• Track record of shipping API-first products in a B2B SaaS or multi-tenant environment
• (Nice to have) Familiarity with messaging compliance (10DLC, carrier regulations) and communication channel management
• Experience working in regulated industries (fintech, payments, banking, or financial infrastructure) is a strong plus
• Ability to partner deeply with engineering on API design, data models, and system architecture
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining foundational platform services (identity/auth, APIs, SDKs, notification systems, or similar)
• Understanding of cloud identity services (AWS Cognito, Auth0, or similar) and their tradeoffs
• 5+ years in product management with deep experience in platform, infrastructure, or developer-facing products
• Understanding of tokenization, data security, and PCI compliance concepts
