• Shape and oversee O Positiv's performance marketing creative strategies across digital marketing channels, focusing on paid digital advertising.
• Manage robust ad production processes, ensuring timely execution and delivery of high volumes of ads and various creative assets.
• Analyze ad performance across paid media and email campaigns to inform and enhance strategic creative direction, driving consistent brand voice.
• Our ideal candidate blends creative and analytical skills—following ad trends, generating innovative ideas, and making data-driven decisions
• Thoughtful and self-reflective, willingness to learn
• 3+ years of direct response DTC eCommerce marketing experience is preferred
• Excitement for startups and comfortable with change - experience at startups or in e-commerce is a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Impact-oriented and strong project management skills, with a track record of excellent results in a fast-growth environment and a strong bias for action
• Experience with pre-production including scripting and planning
• Adaptable to new social platforms, AI, and advertising technologies
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret ad performance data and synthesize into actionable strategies
• Experience with Amazon and Retail is an added bonus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to listen and lead with empathy, with a willingness to learn
