Join our team as a Lead Product Designer, where you'll set the strategic direction for our design practice, elevate our craft and culture, and shape how design is integrated across the company. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned design leader to influence through vision, judgment, and mentorship, rather than traditional people management. You'll partner directly with product, engineering, and executive leadership to define the future of design at our company.

Autonomously ship features from 0 to 1 with a high bar for IA, UX, UI, and final visuals, while also stepping back to ensure the broader system stays coherent
Strong stakeholder management skills — able to represent design's perspective persuasively in front of executives, PMs, and engineering leads
10+ years experience as a Product Designer, including significant time operating at a senior/staff/lead level in fast-paced environments
Comfort operating with ambiguity — able to bring structure and strategic clarity to 0-to-1 problems with incomplete information
Deep experience in consumer facing technology, fintech, or platform products, with a portfolio that shows range across strategic and executional work
A demonstrated ability to make and defend strategic design decisions — balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints — and to influence roadmap and prioritization conversations at the leadership level
A strong, well-articulated point of view on design quality, backed by research, data, and experience, along with the ability to teach that point of view to others
Craft user-friendly, delightful experiences with an exceptionally high bar for visual polish, information architecture, and cognitive load
