About The Role

Join our Finance team as a Financial Controller, where you will play a key role in driving profitable growth through finance excellence. You will work closely with finance and business colleagues from around the globe, influencing decision-making in an organization of 1,600 people. Your responsibilities will include financial reporting, accounting and audit, group risk and compliance, and treasury management. This is a senior management role that reports to the Director of Group Finance and collaborates with the Shared Services finance team based in India.

Support the India reporting leadership teams with best practice, process improvement, and accounting manual maintenance.
Oversee the planning and coordination of the Group’s risk review process and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
Proactively manage group and regional liquidity needs while maximizing facility usage and deposit returns.
