Senior Legal Operations and Compliance Analyst

Join our Legal team in London as a Senior Legal Operations & Compliance Analyst. In this newly created role, you will support the operational efficiency, technology strategy, and compliance activities of the Legal team. You will help drive the implementation and optimization of legal technology platforms, support key compliance activities, and assist with legal and compliance training programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in legal operations, compliance operations, or legal technology, and possess strong organizational and analytical skills.

• Support the implementation, administration, and optimization of legal technology platforms, including CLM, legal intake/workflow management, and privacy/compliance tools.
• Act as a key point of contact for Legal team systems, including user support, troubleshooting, training coordination, and process documentation.
• Help drive operational efficiency initiatives across the Legal team, including AI tools, workflow automation, template management, reporting, and knowledge management.
