Senior Director Product Management

Join Coupa, a leading global technology platform for Business Spend Management (BSM). As the Senior Director of Product Management, you will be responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and execution of two key areas: Intake & Orchestration and the core Platform capabilities. You will lead a team of Product Managers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and engage directly with customers and stakeholders. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, business and technical savvy, and proven people leadership.

• 5-8+ years of product management experience in SaaS/Cloud product companies, including 3+ years leading and developing teams of Product Managers
• A hands-on leader with a history of mastering complex, data-heavy systems and translating them into user-friendly experiences and compelling product narratives
• Ability to manage technical debt while pushing for innovation, ensuring robust engineering, security, and testing standards across the portfolio
• Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders, align cross-functional teams, and represent the product externally
• A track record of defining and delivering platform strategies that enable multiple product lines, balancing the needs of business users, developers, and partners
• Bias toward action, a collaborative spirit, and a data-driven approach to making product and prioritization decisions
• Proven expertise in B2B workflow automation, integration platforms (iPaaS), enterprise intake/request management, and/or platform product management (APIs, extensibility, shared services)
• A strong understanding of modern automation and platform principles (e.g., no-code, AI-native processes, API orchestration, microservices, multi-tenant architecture) and a commitment to high usability
